The Head of the Murmansk fish factory Mikhail Tsub snuck into Putin's press conference under the guise of a journalist to urge the Russian leader to decrease fish prices. Tsub brought a 400-page report on the current state of the Russian fish industry. «I am giving it to you personally — you can throw it away or you can skim through it. But I want to see some development,» stressed Tsub. Putin also teased the covert nature of Nizhnevartovsk journalist Natalia Menshikova's question about her region, to which Putin replied, «I would like to point out that this question is about oil. So sneaky.»
