Russia: Putin discusses science, climate and migration with students in Sochi

There are some global changes in the world, I don't say whether it is good bad, just global changes.» *MULTIPLE SHOTS AT SOURCE* Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed Russia will continue to support the Paris Climate Agreement, speaking at the meeting with international students on the sidelines of the XIX International Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi, Sunday. «Russia supports all of these decisions and has taken some tight commitments on reducing the emissions and we are going to implement these commitments. We hope that all that will lead to the positive outcome,» Putin said. Speaking about influx of Russian scientists abroad, Putin expressed his wish they would come back, but added that they «have really proved themselves and who is able to work here effectively, not just everyone.» Within the framework of the Festival 2017, participants are expected to get engaged in various programs and projects, to meet with the specially invited guests, including several Russian ministers, as well as some «celebrities», such as French writer Frederick Begbeder, motivational speaker Nick Vuychich, famous athletes, models, actors and directors, singers and musicians. The closing ceremony will be held on October 21.
