Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow has nothing to do with alleged interference to British elections, speaking at his annual news conference in the Russian capital on Thursday.
“We have heard many times, including from official authorities, representatives of authorities from various countries, including the UK, and we have heard assessments of what is happening in Russia, you have just... Еще said it too. Is this an interference or not?” the president answered to a question from BBC correspondent Steve Rosenberg, who asked him about information related to Russian interference in UK elections.
“You are expressing your position on what is happening in our country. We reserve the right to behave in the same way towards you. If you think it's interference — then keep on thinking,” Putin added.
