Russia: Putin, Abe and Battulga create time capsule for future Combat Palace in Vladivostok

Russian President Vladimir Putin, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Mongolian President Khaltmaagiin Battulga signed documents in Vladivostok, Thursday, which were placed in a time capsule to be buried beneath the Combat Palace, an arena for combat sports to be built in the city.
