The mother of a girl who attended the same school said that «panic» took hold at the school and the pupils were «all crying» and «even knocking on apartment doors» asking for help as they fled from the scene of the attack. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Buryatia has launched criminal proceedings against the suspect.
