Russia: Moscow to carefully study OPCW’s Skripal report before clarifications — Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov repeated that the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons's (OPCW) report on the Salisbury attack only states the chemical structure of the nerve agent that was used against former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, speaking at a joint press conference alongside his Dutch counterpart Stef Blok in Moscow on Friday. During the same press conference, Lavrov stated that Moscow has «conclusive evidence» which proves that the alleged chemical attack in Douma was staged by «Russophobes.»
