Russia: Moscow and Grozny ‘can play major leading role’ in resolving Libya conflict — Former PM Maiteeq

Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov held bilateral talks with the former Prime Minister of Libya, Ahmed Maiteeq, in Grozny, Thursday. During the talks, Russian-Libyan relations and Russia's participation in the political settlement of the Libyan conflict were discussed.
