He was speaking from the city on Thursday. “Those who had time managed to put on their scrubs and gloves. According to EMERCOM, the death toll of the attack has risen to 21, with dozens of others wounded. The incident, which saw several shots fired and at least one large blast, is being investigated as a multiple homicide, according to Russia’s Investigative Committee. Investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee are currently examining the site, but according to preliminary information, many of those killed died from bullet wounds.
