Some 1,400 soldiers joined in with the 'Indra-2017' drills in Vladivostok on Friday. The feat has fast become the largest joint exercise in the history of the two countries' military cooperation. Indra-2017 joint drills will see the participation of three types of armed forces: the air and land forces of the Eastern Military District as well as the Pacific Fleet forces. The drills will run until October 29.
