Russia: FIFA World Cup trophy shines in new Moscow exhibition

The exhibition will be featured on New Arbat Avenue during the upcoming World Cup until July 20. The FIFA World Cup as well as the Jules Rimet trophy were put on display among the other exhibits. The Jules Rimet trophy was brought from the FIFA Museum in Zurich especially for the tournament. The history of the World Cup represented by unique objects from each of 20 tournaments is displayed. Visitors can take a look at objects used by famous players like Lev Yashin, Pele, Diego Maradona and many others. The 2018 FIFA World Cup will take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15, 2018.
