At least 19 were killed after a train collided into a bus tearing it a part, at a railway crossing near Pokrov station in the city of Vladimir, Friday. Chief of the press service of the EMERCOM, Mishchenko Ekaterina, explained on site that «all necessary emergency services are working on the spot. The airborne grouping, EMERCOM of Russia in the Vladimir region, is on the way. In the city of... Еще Pokrov, a temporary accommodation facility will be deployed. In the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Vladimir region telephones and hotlines are working.» The bus which was crowded at the time of the crash, included sleeping passengers which were unable to hear the driver’s shouts, those that did were able to run off. Passengers on the bus included 55 Uzbek citizens and 2 Kazakh citizens.
