Puerto Rico: 'HELP '- Rescue team responds to desperate plea by Maria-stricken family

A US Customs and Border Protection unit helped a family from Puerto Rico, after noticing the word 'HELP' written on the rooftop of a house damaged by Hurricane Maria, Tuesday. Footage filmed from a helicopter shows the sign and the damaged house, cut off by the landslide from its surroundings. The crew then landed a helicopter on the mountaintop, walked to the house and provided the family... Еще with medical assistance. Hurricane Maria's strong winds lambasted buildings, ripping roofs off houses and pulling down trees on the Caribbean island. The tropical storm has claimed at least 16 people's lives and has cut out power across the entire island, leaving over 3 million people without water and electricity.
