Hundreds of protesters clashed with police as they decried the alleged growing presence of US military in Mindanao, outside of the US Embassy on Kalaw Street, Manila, on Friday. Protesters chanted as they burned an effigy of US President Donald Trump, positioned atop a missile that was headed with the face of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. Demonstrators pushed against a wall of riot police... Еще as they demanded the US President put an end to his foreign policy in the island region. Protesters accuse the US of funding state terrorism and criticise their military intervention in Mindanao. Secretary General for Federation of Indigenous People in Far South Mindanao and leader of the protest, Minda Dalinan of B'laan Tribe pleaded with the US President to «give us real freedom».
