The finances of Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIL/ISIS) has been “practically cut off” according to Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu speaking at the joint meeting of the Association of the Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN ) defence ministers in Luzon, Philippines on Tuesday. According to the Russian minister «Some 948 training camps, 666 factories and munitions manufacturing workshops, and 1...
