Peru: Lima crematorium begins disposal of patients who died with COVID-19

The crematorium at Lima's El Angel general cemetery has begun cremating people who died with COVID-19, as the images filmed on Tuesday and Wednesday show. The coffins of the coronavirus victims are being stored in a refrigerated container to be cremated under strict security measures. The images show crematorium workers wearing protective suits as well as the caskets stored in refrigerated... Еще containers and then wrapped in plastic for cremation. According to data collected by John Hopkins University, Peru has recorded more than 54,800 cases of coronavirus infection and 1,533 related deaths.
