Peru: Fifty Venezuelans expelled as president toughens entry criteria

Fifty Venezuelan migrants without the correct documentation were expelled from Peru via an airport in Lima on Thursday. Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra, who oversaw the expulsions at the... Еще airfield, announced that from June 15 only Venezuelan citizens with passports and a humanitarian visa will be allowed to enter Peru. To date around 140 Venezuelans have been expelled for similar document-related reasons. «We will not allow people to continue to commit crimes here,» said Vizcarra.
