Panama: FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour lands in Panama City

The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour arrived in Panama City on Friday, as part of the world-wide tour aiming to bring fans closer to the world's most coveted football trophy. The FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour aircraft landed at the Panama Pacifico International Airport, where the trophy was received by President of Panama Juan Carls Varela. Following Panama City, the tour will continue on to San Jose... Еще, Costa Rica. In total, the tour will visit over 50 countries across six continents before returning to Russia in May for the World Cup. The tour began in 2006 as a collaborative effort between FIFA and long-time partner Coca-Cola.
