Pakistan: Soldiers and civilians killed in Kashmiri cross-border fire

At least 9 civilians and one soldier were killed as firing broke out at the India-Pakistan border in Kashmir, on Sunday. Footage shows grieving relatives of three civilians killed on the Pakistan side in Nausadda as they sought refuge during the exchange of fire. Islamabad blamed Delhi for the deaths of one Pakistani soldier and three civilians, following a violation of the ceasefire. The two neighbouring countries are engaged in frequent exchange of fire at the Kashmir border, since India revoked the special status of the disputed region on August 5.
