North/South Korea: Seoul and Pyongyang discuss DPRK's participation in Paralympics

North and South Korean delegations held working-level talks on the northern side of the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ), Tuesday, to discuss the North's participation in next month's Pyeongchang Winter Paralympics. The talks come amid a degree of rapprochement felt between the two Koreas in the recent months. In January, an inter-Korean accord was reached on the participation of North Korean athletes at the Pyeongchang Olympics Games. At the Olympics' Opening Ceremony, the teams representing the two Koreas marched under the Korean Unification Flag.
