A group of Russian officials and alleged witnesses to the reported Douma chemical attack were seen arriving and leaving the headquarters of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague during briefing of the incident, on Thursday. The eleven-year-old boy Hasan Diab, the main victim in the video of alleged chemical attack in Douma was among the 17 Syrians appearing... Еще at the OPCW. Russian officials stated that seven of them could be positively identified as people who appear in the Douma 'White Helmets' video. Russia's Permanent Representative to the OPCW Alexander Shulgin was seen leaving the briefing in advance of the witnesses. Earlier today, Shulgin called the footage of the 'White Helmets' a «crude staged event». The 'White Helmets' alleged that chemical-filled munitions were dropped over Douma on April 7, causing the deaths of up to 70 people.
