An estimated 400 people took to the streets of Ciudad Juarez on the Mexico-US border on Saturday to protest against the murder of activist Isabel Cabanillas and violence against women.
She was found on with two gunshot wounds a day after she was reported missing by her friends on social media on January 18. The murder reignited protests against femicides across the country.
