Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Chrystia Freeland arrived in Mexico City on Wednesday, where she met Mexico’s President-elect Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador to discuss the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and cooperation between the two states.
