Mediterranean Sea: Russian Navy and Aerospace' drills come to an end

The Russian Ministry of Defenсe released footage showing the final stages of the Navy and Aerospace Forces' joint exercises in the Mediterranean Sea on Saturday. The Marshal Ustinov cruiser played the flagship role on the last day of the training manoeuvres. Ships used the AK-130 cannon and AK-630 naval close-in weapon system to strike hypothetical air and surface targets, while deploying... Еще depth charges from the RBU-6000 anti-submarine launcher. The exercises of the Russian Navy ships were monitored by NATO's F804 Dutch frigate which was sailing approximately 25 kilometres (15.5 miles) away. A total of 26 ships, two submarines and 34 aircraft took part in the first Navy and Aerospace joint drills in Russia's history.
