Lebanon: US embassy protesters blasted by water cannon and tear gas

Security forces used tear gas and water cannon against protesters demonstrating in front of the US embassy in Beirut on Sunday. The protest was held against US President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital Protesters, many of them carrying Palestinian flags, had earlier blocked a road leading to the US Embassy.
