Russian Progress cargo spaceship launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on top a Soyuz 2.1a rocket to deliver supplies to the International Space Station (ISS) on Wednesday.
The spaceship is meant to deliver more than a tonne of fuel, 420 kilos of water as well as 1.2 tonnes of other dry cargo to the ISS. It is also carrying scientific equipment, clothing, medicine and food for the space station’s... Еще crew.
The spacecraft is expected to dock with the ISS at 15.35 GMT on Wednesday. The docking will be supervised by ISS Expedition 60 cosmonauts Alexei Ovchinin and Alexander Skvortsov.
