Japan: Stoltenberg urges UN member states to 'fully and transparently' implement North Korea sanctions

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenburg urged North Korea to ditch its nuclear programme and called on UN member states to «fully and transparently» implement economic sanctions against the DPRK, during a statement in Tokyo on Tuesday.
