Italy: Thousand march for release of PKK president

More than one thousand people from different parts of Italy marched through Milan on Saturday demanding the release of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) president who has been held in isolation for 18 years. People walked through the centre of the city with flags emblazoned with the image of Abdullah Öcalan calling Turkey’s president a terrorist. Öcalan was seized in Kenya and taken back to...
