ISS: Expedition 61 crew begins journey back to Earth

The International Space Station (ISS) Expedition 61 crew bid farewell to the ISS and started their journey back to Earth on Thursday aboard the Soyuz MS-13 spacecraft. Before undocking from the space station, European Space Agency astronaut Luca Parmitano handed over command of the ISS to Russian cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka. The Expedition 61 crew consists of Parmitano, Russian cosmonaut Alexander... Еще Skvortsov and US astronaut Christina Koch. Parmitano and Skvortsov spent a total 201 days in orbit, while Koch lived 328 days in space, the longest single spaceflight by a woman. Along with new commander Skripochka, NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Andrew Morgan will remain aboard the station.
