Iraq: Image of slain activist Safaa al-Saray becomes symbol of Iraqi unrest

Images of those killed by the Iraqi security forces since anti-government protests erupted in Baghdad in early October have covered the walls and facades of the Iraqi capital, footage filmed on Friday shows.
