Iran: Tehran Auto Show revs into gear

The second Tehran Auto Show opened on Monday at the new and modern Shahr-e-Aftab International Exhibition Centre in the Iranian capital. Fifty exhibitors from 16 countries participated; China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, UAE, UK and USA. The Chinese pavilion included 50 companies showcasing their latest models. Amir Hatefi... Еще, Iranian Sales manager of Chery Company, said: “I think more than two million people will visit the exhibition and when we speak with them, they are looking for better services and better quality, which means that they don’t wish to return to the past.” The exhibition was co-organized by Hermes Business Idea and China National Machinery Industry International and supported by the Iranian Automobile Importers Association.
