Josep Balta, a baker from Barcelona, displayed traditional Catalan baked goods customised for the upcoming referendum on the region's independence, from his shop on Friday. The customers were offered Estelada flags and ballots saying «Yes» or «No» depending on the preferences. «This idea has already emerged before, in fact it is a tradition to make things related to the present, its the present... Еще that moves us. We try to add some humour», stated Balta. The referendum on the independence of Catalonia was announced the province Parliament on October 1. The Spanish Government in turn has declared the voting illegal and anti-constitutional.
