India: Swaraj defends Delhi's ties with N. Korea during talks with Tillerson

Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj defended the country's relations with North Korea at a press conference with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, in New Delhi, Wednesday. Tillerson's visit to the region comes following US President Donald Trump's new South Asia strategy.
