Hungary: Orban and Kurz focus on ‘struggle’ against migration at V4 meet

Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that border protection and migrant ‘hotspots’ were the two main focuses of the Visegrad Four (V4) in Budapest on Thursday, after a meeting with the fellow members Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with Austria’s membership currently pending. Orban said that there is support for creating so-called ‘hotspots’ outside the European Union for refugees... Еще to present their asylum claims, while other issues in question were not presented to avoid ‘forcing the issue.’ Austria's Chancellor Sebastian Kurz also spoke at the meeting explaining the incumbent government's priorities. Kurz stated: «We will be strongly concentrating on the topic of security during our presidency. This means increased attention to security and defence policy, especially with a view to our struggle against illegal migration.»
