Hong Kong: Protesters use origami cranes to write their demands

Anti-government protesters filled the Shatin New Town Plaza shopping centre in Hong Kong on Saturday, where they used origami cranes to write 'five demands, not one less' and 'Free Hong Kong'. Footage shows protesters folding origami and placing them on the floor to spell their message. The 'Glory to Hong Kong' protest anthem was also played on saxophone and flute. Some demonstrators were... Еще later seen vandalising turnstiles in a Mass Transit Railway (MTR) station. Footage also shows a heavy police presence in the streets of the Mong Kok district. Hong Kong has been rocked since March by demonstrations sparked by a planned, but now-withdrawn extradition bill. The rallies have evolved into a movement with wider grievances against the Hong Kong administration.
