Hong Kong: Protesters smash windows of Tseung Kwan O police station

Protesters were seen smashing windows of Hong Kong’s Tseung Kwan O police station on Sunday, as demonstrators flooded the streets for a protest against a now suspended bill which would allow residents to be extradited to mainland China for trials. Thousands were seen marching in the streets with some crowding near the police station, hurling rocks, eggs and cheering. Despite the extradition... Еще bill being indefinitely suspended, the protest has now evolved into a wider anti-government movement calling for the legislation withdrawal and Hong Kong's Chief Executive Carrie Lam's resignation.
