The total number of coronavirus infection cases confirmed in Hong Kong has risen to eight, the official from Hong Kong's Health Department Chuang Shuk-kwan said on Monday.
Speaking at a press conference in Hong Kong, Shuk-kwan stressed that there were «no sign of virus spreading» in the community. «But we are still very concerned and will keep watching developments,» she added.

The new strain of coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan, China, has killed at least 80 people so far and infected more than 2,740, with the disease spreading from China to other countries, including the US, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, Nepal and France. Cases were also reported in Taiwan, Canada, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam.
