Haiti: Smoke clouds Port-au-Prince as protesters clash with police over draft budget

Protesters clashed with police on the streets of Port-au-Prince, on Monday, as locals protesting against the passing of a draft budget for the fiscal year 2017-2018 were met with water cannons and rubber bullets. Billowing smoke filled the air as protesters burnt tyres and smashed windows on shop fronts and cars in defiance of the planned budget. The draft budget is set to also include...
