Football loving farmers have opened a World Cup-themed maize labyrinth for visitors at Luenemann farm in Cappenberg, near Dortmund, as captured by an aerial drone on Thursday. The 'Russia 2018' inscription cut into the maize field can only be seen from above. Benedikt and Lara Luenemann, who came up with an idea of a football-themed maize maze, admitted the plan was not for the German team to... Еще be eliminated at the group stage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. However, the attention-grabbing labyrinth did not lose any of its charm, despite Die Mannschaft's poor performance. Visitors are supposed to find the centre of the maze, but real sports connoisseurs can also try their hand at answering 20 football-related questions or take part in fun games on their (long) way out. The maze is popular among people of all ages, with children said to be especially adept at navigating it, according to farmer Benedikt. The Luenemann farm's summer attraction will be open every weekends until October.
