Germany: Sold-out football games in full stadiums 'won’t be possible for now' — Health Ministry

German Health Ministry Spokesperson Sebastian Guelde commenting on coronavirus restrictions connected with sporting events while speaking to the press in Berlin on Monday. «It would be important to reduce the number of attendees at massive sports events as well as keeping the distance. But for us it is completely clear that the celebration of sold-out football games in stadiums won't be possible for now,» Guelde said. Deputy Government Spokesperson Ulrike Demmer also noted that German Chancellor Merkel had discussed the firm Wirecard with the Chinese government during a phone call.
