The small German village of Gadheim, in the municipality of Veitschochheim in North-Western Bavaria, is set to become the new geographic centre of the European Union due to the United Kingdom's looming exit from the bloc.
Footage filmed on Thursday shows the new centre, marked by a pole, and where German, EU, and a local flag is flying.
The current centre of the EU in also Bavaria, in... Еще Westerngrund, roughly 65 kilometres (40 miles) to the northwest.
The Withdrawal Agreement was approved by the EU Parliament by 621 votes in favour, 49 against and 13 abstentions, on Wednesday evening. The UK is set to formally leave the European Union at 23:00 GMT on Friday.
