Hundreds of pro-Palestine protesters descended on Neukolln, Berlin, on Sunday to demonstrate against the US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
The protesters voiced their solidarity with Palestine, waving and wearing Palestinian flags, while holding banners with slogans such as «Jerusalem will always be the capital of Palestine.»

Berlin Mayor Michael Muller strongly condemned the actions of the protesters, saying that such anti-Semitic acts could not be tolerated in modern Germany.
The demonstration was called after US President Donald Trump formally recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel for the first time on Wednesday.
Trump’s announcement has sparked a wave of protests throughout the world.
