Around 1500 Pegida supporters took to the streets of Dresden, Monday, in the wake of the German elections, to celebrate the historic results of far-right party Alternative for Germany (AfD). Supporters of the nationalist, anti-Islam movement gathered in the city's Newmarket Square before marching past Dresden City Hall. Antifa counter-protesters also turned out for the event.
