Еще discussed with the partners, I have nothing to announce now.» Government Spokesperson Steffen Seibert praised the conclusion of the investigation carried out by British authorities after which two Russian national were linked to the Salisbury nerve agent attack, during a press conference in Berlin on Friday. «I am pleased that the joint statement by France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States on the recent British result of the investigations has been taken into consideration,» said Seibert. «We stand by the content and the spirit of this statement that we have written together with the head of government of these countries.» He added that the German government 'underlines' its solidarity with the United Kingdom. On Wednesday, the Metropolitan Police said there is sufficient evidence to charge two Russian nationals, named Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, with offences including conspiracy to murder over the Salisbury nerve agent attack. Former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were poisoned by a nerve agent in Salisbury on March 4. The UK has blamed Moscow for the incident, while the Kremlin has denied any involvement in the affair.
