Hundreds of passengers were seen stranded at Berlin's Schoenefeld airport on Tuesday, as a government plane blocked a runway after an emergency landing.
Crowds of people were seen waiting for information on departures and arrivals. At least eight flights were reportedly diverted to land at another Berlin's airport, Tegel as well as in Leipzig and Halle.
The standstill reportedly lasted for more... Еще than two hours.
A Bombardier Global 5000 jet from the German airforce had left Schoenefeld in the morning the same day but had to come back for an emergency landing shortly after its departure, reporting a technical malfunction. As media reports, the landing was rough with the plane touching the runway with both of its wings. The incident is being investigated.
