Germany: Deadly storm Xavier kills at least six, cripples Berlin

Deadly storm Xavier wreaked havoc across northern Germany on Thursday, killing six people and forcing the capital Berlin to declare a state of emergency. The strong storm downed trees and forced all public transport across the capital to be suspended as the public was warned to stay indoors from the potentially hurricane-force winds.
