Police and healthcare authorities conducted a large-scale operation at an asylum seeker accommodation in the Bavarian town of Schrobenhausen on Wednesday, following the development of eight more positive COVID-19 infections.
Dog-handlers and police with small weapons could be seen carrying out investigations as part of their operations on site at the converted school.

The asylum seeker's accommodation was reportedly a hotspot at the start of May, with some of the residents being moved to another accommodation.
Bavaria currently has at least 46,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 2,353 related deaths, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Germany has just over 8,000 people dying with the virus in total.
