President of the European Council Donald Tusk spoke about Brexit negotiations, as he addressed the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Tuesday. Tusk said that despite what he described as the unity of the 27 members, «the toughest stress test» lies ahead. «If we fail it, the negotiations will end in our defeat,» he stated. The European Council president said that the outcome of the talks... Еще depended on London, and added that discussions might end «with a good deal, no deal or no Brexit.» Tusk then spoke about internal division among EU members on issues related to migration. He stressed however that he sees a «real chance of full agreement by June» on matters including border protection, 'frontline' countries support, as well as an improved EU management of return and re-admission policies.
