France: Macron receives 'Prime Minister' Hariri in Paris amid turmoil

Former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri arrived at the Elysee Palace in Paris on Saturday, November 18, upon French President Emmanuel Macron's invitation. According to Macron, Saad al-Hariri would receive 'Prime Minister Honours' since his resignation has not yet been accepted by Lebanese President Michel Aoun.
