France: Macron outlines anti-illegal migration plans — potential military presence in Niger and Chad

The leaders of France, Italy, Germany and Spain met Monday with counterparts from Libya, Niger and Chad to discuss policies to curb illegal migration from the African continent, in Paris on Monday.
