Hours before the kick-off of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup, FIFA President Gianni Infantino and UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka signed the first-ever memorandum of understanding (MoU) between both organisation, at the FIFA Women’s Football Convention in Paris on Friday, to realise gender equality for women both on and off the pitch.
